It is essential for the team to maintain a positive atmosphere for all. We will not accept any form of disrespect towards team members and other customers.

PARKING
We have a parking space behind the Spa.The space is limited but you can find other spaces on the street Sainte-Marie.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We send a reminder 48 hours in advance of your appointment date and time. However, it is your responsibility to make a note of your appointment when booking.
To cancel an appointment, you must inform us 24 hours in advance, ensuring that you have received confirmation.
In the event that you need to contact us and your designated therapist is unavailable and you are outside our opening hours, please send a message via our instant messaging service at the bottom of your screen or contact us via our e-mail contact@spalhorizen.ca.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge a compensation fee.
Of course, with sufficient justification, the missed service will not be charged.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT POLICY
At Spa L'Horizen, we are commited to providing professional services in a respectful, safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
Any form of sexual misconduct or inappropriate behavior toward a member of our team is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
Sexual comments or propositions; Requests for sexual services; Inappropriate gestures, behaviors, or physical contact; Any form of verbal or physical harassment.
If such a situation occurs, the treatment will be immediately terminated and the client will be required to leave the premises. The full amount of the appointment will remain payable, even if the session is shortened or interupted before it's scheduled end.
Spa L'Horizen also reserves the right to refuse any futur appointments and terminate it's business relationships with the client concerned.
