Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, you must inform us 24 hours in advance by contacting your therapist directly and making sure to receive a confirmation. Also, we are not responsible if the reminder email has not been sent. It is your responsibility to note your appointment. For Sabrina: sabrina.plachapelle@gmail.com For Chanez: couchenee@gmail.com In the situation where you need to contact us and your designated therapist is unavailable and you are outside the reception opening hours, please send a message via our instant messenger at the bottom of your screen. ​ If these conditions are not respected, we reserve the right to charge compensation fees. Obviously, with sufficient justification, the missed service will not be charged.
