It is essential for the team to maintain a positive atmosphere for all. We will not accept any form of disrespect towards team members and other customers.

We do not currently have a receptionist, so you can reach us by instant message at the bottom of your screen, through your Spa l'Horizen application, by Facebook message or by email at contact@spalhorizen.ca

PARKING
The best places to park are on rue Fréchette and its surrounding streets. The parking lot at our entrance is entirely reserved for customers of the company, which is located on the 1st floor of our building.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an appointment, you must inform us 24 hours in advance by sending us an email at contact@spalhorizen.ca or throught your account, and make sure you have received confirmation.

In the situation where you need to contact us and your designated therapist is unavailable and you are out of business hours, please send a message via our instant messenger at the bottom of your screen or contact us via our email contact@ spalhorizen.ca

If these conditions are not respected, we reserve the right to charge compensation fees.
Obviously, with justification deemed sufficient, the missed service will not be charged.
